This role is to support the finance team in maintaining financial records and the preparation of reporting.
Listing Features
- Assist with financial accounting related activities of ABAL, including HO reporting.
- Assisting with month end processes.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards.
- Responsible for financial reporting including Head office reporting on Monthly, Quarterly & Annual basis.
- In charge of queries from internal and external contacts (including internal and external audit).
- Preparation of tax returns, particularly WHT, Payroll, FBT and GST/BAS.
- Maintain Fixed Assets, Prepayment and Accruals Register.
- Clearance of reconciliation items.
- Applications of the Bank’s controls and processes, including assisting the Senior Manager Tax and Financial Control identify control improvements
- As a team member, contribute to a culture that continuously strives to improve Finance’s efficiency and effectiveness.
