We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused, Technical I.T. Support officer to join our Tullamarine, Victoria office. Listing Features

  • Diploma or Degree in  Computer Science / Information Technology or business Systems.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar Service Desk or Help Desk role, providing L1/L2support
  • Working knowledge and experience of Windows and Microsoft Servers
  • Preferable Microsoft 365/Exchange & Active Directory administration
  • I.T. Network systems e.g. VPN, firewall, port forwarding and more
  • Efficiency in Microsoft SQL database administration and Report writing is preferred
  • Hands-on experience on PC / Servers / Network devices is preferred
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external clients, in person and over the phone
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting experience
  • The ability to work autonomously and also collaboratively within a small team environment
  • Passionate about delivering high quality IT support to customers and be willing to further develop your skills to assist you in achieving this goal
  • You will be a positive team player, who has flexibility, energy, initiative and a "can do" attitude, who values open communication and rapport-building with clients
