Listing Features

  • Manage the daily operations within each department of the motel, including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance – providing effective leadership, guidance, and communication.
  • Provide support and training on the motels standards, policies and procedures, operational requirements, and business objectives.
  • Manage the operational performance of the motel through meeting and exceeding set budgetary requirements.
  • Proactively seek sales and marketing opportunities, ensuring a focus on continuous business development in Food and Beverage through proactive selling and online social media application.
  • Manage performance of employees, coordinate recruitment, induction, training, and development of staff.
  • Manage and resolve guest complaints in a timely and appropriate manner to ensure optimum guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report weekly and monthly upon the motel’s financial performance against the operational budget to achieve annual set targets.
  • Ensure motel is compliant with all company guidelines, as well as all laws including WH&S, licensing, fire regulations and essential services.
