Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure all works completed within required specifications, regulations and contract provisions.
- Working in close collaboration with project manager and site team leader to make smooth function of construction activities.
- Coordinate with council officers to meet client's needs and approvals.
- Plan construction methods and procedures.
- Propose solutions to any design issues with construction.
- Liaise with Service utilities during construction
- Order material for worksites
- Implement WHS, Quality and Environment Controls.
